Shipping policy

Every order is packed with care for you and your cat. Here is what to expect, wherever home is.

United States

  • Shipping is free on all US orders.
  • US orders ship within 2 business days and usually arrive 7 to 12 business days after that.

International: Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru

  • A flat shipping rate applies to international orders. You will see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.
  • A few items can't ship to every country yet. Checkout shows what's available for your address.
  • International orders ship within 2 business days and usually arrive 10 to 20 business days after that, depending on the country.
  • Customs and import duties: import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
  • Mexico: please add a phone number at checkout so the carrier can reach you. If customs asks for your tax ID (RFC), we'll email you to request it.
  • We don't ship to other countries yet.

Tracking

We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or more, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
