FAQ
Is a heated cat pad safe overnight?
Follow the included instructions for whether unattended use is suitable. We recommend supervising and making sure your cat can step off the pad freely. When unsure, use it while you are home.
What if my cat chews the cord?
No cord is chew-proof. Unplug immediately if you see chewing, reroute the cord, and supervise.
Which size should I choose?
Choose 45x45cm (17.7 x 17.7 in) or 50x70cm (19.7 x 27.6 in) on the product page. Pick the size that lets your cat stretch out and still step off the pad.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it and let it cool fully, then wipe it clean, following the included instructions. Do not immerse the controller.
What is included?
The heating pad in your selected size, with a US plug.

Excellent. My cats loved it. I bought the one with a US plug that has a voltage of 110v for Brazil. It only needed an adapter. The other plug is 220v. On the "low" setting it heats up quite a bit, and on the "high" setting it's unusable because it gets too hot.
It's great, my kitten loves it!
Unbeatable quality and price. Moderate shipping speed.
My cat is happy.
Reasonable price. Arrived quite quickly. from Razzgame-dong unfriendly
Not bad, it heats well but not too much.
It didn't work, I returned it.
It's good but it's made of plastic material and I had to put a blanket over it.
It takes a long time to heat up.
It barely heats
Superior quality
I was sure I had ordered the larger one, but well, it works fine.
Absolutely love it.
Power consumption 22W or 45W @230V
Old cat loves it, had to switch it off to get her to move. Great for these winter nights, would have liked a longer chord but that can be easily changed.
Perfect, although my cats don't use it.
Just in time, thank you very much!
Excellent
Excellent, my cat enjoyed it very much.
In my opinion, it should heat up a little more.
The material the mat is made of isn't nice for cats. When you cover it, even with something thin, it already isn't really warm. I ordered 2 and one barely even works, so I'm requesting a refund for it.
Excellent product
Thank you very much for the item, it works correctly and at first position my cat is sometimes already leaving his basket for sleeping on the ground.... too hot i think hahahaha ...very fast and secure shipment to Belgium. Thank you very much, Keep up the good work.
The sheep really like it.
Practically nothing gets hot. If you're going to buy it thinking that your furry friend won't get colder, I can tell you from experience that that won't be the case.
heats up
Great product, just ordered additional one for a friend
work's perfectly. fast shipping.
It only provides heat and rather radiates at the center.
Great, warm enough for my cat, very nice. Thank you, seller.
